1. Agreement and adult purchasers
By accessing the storefront or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Checkout is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.
2. Lawful use
You may use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use storefront content to infringe the rights of others.
3. Product information and safety
Product descriptions, age guidance, images, dimensions, colors, and availability can change or contain errors. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Packaging, labels, warnings, and manufacturer instructions supplied with a product take priority over general storefront copy.
Adults are responsible for selecting age-appropriate products, reviewing warnings, supervising play where required, and stopping use of damaged or recalled items. See Product Safety & Recalls.
4. Prices, availability, and errors
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Current catalog price, availability, selected option, and quantity are validated when an order is submitted. A listing error does not require an order to be fulfilled at an incorrect price. If a material error affects an order, it may be corrected or the affected order may be canceled and any amount collected for it refunded.
5. Orders and acceptance
A confirmation records receipt of the order details. An order may be limited, declined, or canceled for product unavailability, invalid delivery information, suspected misuse, pricing or catalog error, or another lawful reason. Quantity limits may be applied to protect product availability and storefront operations.
Review the delivery address and order details before submission. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.
6. Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is $7.95. A validated merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more receives free standard shipping. Delivery is currently limited to supported addresses in the United States.
Shipping timeframes, delays, split shipments, address issues, and delivery claims are governed by the Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the item condition, exclusions, and authorization requirements in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in that policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property and brand content
The Sprout name, storefront layout, and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, and product imagery remain associated with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by displaying or purchasing a product.
9. Third-party services and links
The storefront can rely on or link to services operated by others, including image delivery, hosting, shipping, and manufacturer resources. Sprout does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Third-party terms may apply when those services are used.
10. Storefront availability and disclaimers
The storefront is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component. Any product warranty supplied by a manufacturer is subject to that warranty's own terms.
These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not permit a business to exclude.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Severability and changes
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Revised terms apply prospectively from the date displayed at the top of this page and do not reduce rights already attached to an accepted order.
