1. Scope and adult audience
This policy applies to information handled through the Sprout storefront, including browsing, cart, checkout, and order-related interactions. Checkout is intended for adults. Sprout does not ask children to submit personal information or place orders.
2. Information you provide
Checkout may collect a name, email address, delivery address, and the products and quantities in an order. If you report a delivery, return, or product-safety issue, the report may also include an order reference, photographs, product identifiers, and the details you choose to provide.
Do not submit information about a child when adult contact and delivery details are sufficient.
3. Device information and browser storage
Like most websites, requests can include technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referral information, and request time. Hosting and security infrastructure may process this information in routine server logs.
Cart contents are stored in local browser storage. A limited order summary may be stored in session storage so the confirmation page can display the order reference, item count, and totals in the same browser session. Clearing site data can remove this information.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- display and preserve a cart on the visitor's device;
- validate delivery details, product availability, and totals;
- prepare, fulfill, and support an order;
- detect malformed, abusive, or security-threatening requests;
- handle returns, delivery issues, and product-safety reports; and
- meet recordkeeping and legal obligations that apply to a transaction.
5. Service providers and routine disclosures
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host, secure, or deliver the storefront and by operational providers needed to complete a transaction, delivery, return, or legal request. Each provider may process data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Product imagery is delivered from Shopify's content delivery network, and editorial imagery may be delivered from Unsplash. When a browser requests those files, the image host can receive standard request information such as the IP address, browser details, referring page, and request time.
Sprout does not use checkout information for the sale of personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may still be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the storefront, or as part of a lawful business transfer.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was handled, including transaction support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Browser-stored cart and session data remain subject to the visitor's browser settings and controls.
7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so only information necessary for the interaction should be submitted.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Browser controls can clear local storage, session storage, and other site data. Depending on location and applicable law, a person may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
A privacy request should identify the relevant email address and order reference without including payment credentials or unnecessary information about a child.
9. Contact and privacy requests
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected]. Requests should identify the relevant email address and order reference without including payment credentials or unnecessary information about a child.
The storefront is operated by VINH TRADE LLC. Our business mailing address is 406 South Jordan Pkwy Suite 338, South Jordan, UT 84095, United States.
10. Children’s privacy
The products are designed for families, but the storefront and checkout are directed to adult purchasers and are not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If a child has submitted personal information, an adult should request its review and deletion.
11. Changes to this policy
Material revisions will be reflected on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. The version shown when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
